PCN迁移服务
晚上计划迁移5项服务：
1、update 更新服务；
2、uninstall 卸载报告；
3、search api 搜索接口；
4、smart 心跳服务；
5、upload 异常报告；
Update：以上服务已于2008年12月25日零晨4点准备就绪，额外还有2项，总共将迁移7项应用。
